How Red Hound InfoSec collects, uses, and protects your information.

This Privacy Policy explains how Redhound, LLC ("Red Hound InfoSec," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you visit redhound.us or interact with our services. By using our website, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Analytics Data

We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors interact with our website. This includes data such as pages visited, session duration, general geographic region, device type, and referral source. This data is aggregated and does not directly identify you.

Form Submissions

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, your submission is processed by Formsubmit.co. We receive the information you provide — typically your name, email address, company, and message. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry.

Payment Information

If you purchase services or schedule paid engagements, payment processing is handled by Stripe and/or Calendly. We do not collect, store, or process your credit card details directly. All financial transactions are processed by these third-party providers under their own privacy policies and PCI-DSS compliance programs.

Information You Provide Directly

If you contact us directly via email at sales@redhound.us, we retain that correspondence to facilitate your inquiry and any resulting engagement.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery — To respond to inquiries, scope engagements, and deliver cybersecurity services you have requested.
  • Analytics — To understand how our website is used, identify content that is valuable to visitors, and improve the site experience over time.
  • Communication — To follow up on submitted inquiries, send engagement-related communications, and provide information you have explicitly requested.
  • Legal and compliance — To comply with applicable laws, regulations, and professional obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling in connection with your legal rights.

3. Third-Party Services

Our website and operations rely on the following third-party services. Each operates under its own privacy policy, which governs how they handle data on our behalf.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized usage data about visitors to redhound.us. Google may use this data in accordance with its own policies. You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy.

Stripe

Stripe is used to process payments for our services. When you make a payment, your financial information is collected and processed directly by Stripe and is subject to the Stripe Privacy Policy. We receive only a transaction confirmation and limited non-sensitive details.

Calendly

We use Calendly to facilitate appointment scheduling. When you book a session through our site, Calendly collects your name, email address, and scheduling preferences. This data is governed by the Calendly Privacy Policy.

Formsubmit.co

Contact form submissions are routed through Formsubmit.co, which forwards your message to our team. Your submission data is subject to the Formsubmit.co Privacy Policy. We do not store form submissions on our servers beyond what is forwarded to our email.

4. Cookies

Our website uses cookies exclusively for Google Analytics 4. These cookies allow Google Analytics to recognize returning visitors and track session-level behavior in aggregate. No advertising, tracking, or social media cookies are set by redhound.us.

The GA4 cookies set on our site include:

  • _ga — Distinguishes unique users; expires after 2 years.
  • _ga_<container-id> — Stores session state; expires after 2 years.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies will not prevent you from using any functionality on redhound.us, but it will prevent us from recognizing repeat visits in our analytics data.

5. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. Our website is served over HTTPS. Access to any data we retain from form submissions and client communications is restricted to authorized team members only.

However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and you transmit information to us at your own risk. If you have reason to believe that your interaction with us is no longer secure, please contact us immediately at sales@redhound.us.

6. Your Rights

  • Right to access — You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Right to correction — You may request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Right to deletion — You may request that we delete your personal information, subject to any legal retention obligations.
  • Right to opt out (CCPA) — California residents have the right to opt out of the sale of their personal information. We do not sell personal information, so this right is satisfied by default.
  • Right to data portability (GDPR) — Where applicable, you may request a machine-readable copy of the data we hold about you.
